The US base salary range for this full-time position is $272,000-$383,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. • Provide thought leadership on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in data science, consumer behavior, merchant dynamics, and market expansion.
• Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics techniques, including predictive modeling, machine learning, and AI algorithms to extract actionable insights from large datasets.
• Apply advanced statistical modeling and machine learning algorithms to optimize product features, personalize user experiences, and enhance product relevance.
• Establish KPIs, metrics, and performance dashboards to monitor key business metrics and track progress.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities for growth within the shopping vertical, conducting market research, competitor analysis, and user segmentation.
