SUMMARY OF JOB:Under the administrative direction of the Administrator/Facility VP. The Director of Nursing assists in planning, coordinating, and directing the operation and management for the skilled nursing department of the LifeCare facility. The position requires the use of independent judgment in the facility's day-to-day operations in accordance with the goals and objectives of the LifeCare Division, regulatory and legal aspects in the Long term care industry, the Sisters of the Holy Redeemer and Holy Redeemer Health System.
