EXPERIENCED CERTIFIED MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – ON‑CALL STIPEND
Fogelman is hiring a certified Maintenance Technician for Arlo, located in the Little Rock area. Our Maintenance Technicians play a vital role in keeping our communities running smoothly, and we’re looking for someone who wants to bring their skills to a supportive team that truly values their work. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of maintenance experience, HVAC certified, is proficient in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair, strong customer service skills, a team‑oriented mindset, reliable, honest, and committed to high‑quality work, A valid driver’s license is required for this position.

SUMMARY
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing maintenance service requests and repairs to the buildings and grounds as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor while providing excellent customer service to our residents.
