Administrative Customer Service Representative

We're looking for an organized and customer-focused professional to join our team as an Administrative Customer Service Representative. This role combines customer support with administrative tasks, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys helping people while keeping things organized behind the scenes.

What You'll Do
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions and requests
  • Respond to customer emails in a professional and timely manner
  • Greet and assist walk-in customers
  • Enter orders and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate order updates with customers and internal teams
  • Perform data entry and general administrative support tasks
  • Help ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Honolulu, HI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
