Commercial Service Technician (Lead Role)

We’re a small, quality‐driven commercial HVAC service company looking for a mechanically skilled, “get‐to‐the‐root‐cause” troubleshooter to take on a lead technician role. If you’re the type who digs deeper than symptoms and takes pride in doing the job right the first time, you’ll fit right in.

Role Overview
As our Lead Commercial Service Technician, you will:
Qualifications
Technical Skills
· Ability to read and interpret safety rules, O&M manuals, wiring diagrams, and blueprints
· Ability to draft routine service reports
· Comfortable with the physical demands of the role
· Familiarity with:
o Commercial package units (all sizes)
o Water‐source heat pumps
o Heat exchangers, pumps, boilers, chillers
o Control valves
o Building automation and control systems
· Strong critical‐thinking and diagnostic skills
Professional Traits
· Team‐oriented with a customer‐first mindset
· Flexible with overtime, on‐call rotation, and occasional weekends
· Willing to take on leadership responsibilities
· Committed to delivering service that exceeds expectations
· Understanding of hydronic systems and water treatment
