A growing regional law firm is looking to add a Family Law Partner to its expanding practice group as part of a strategic growth initiative.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Handling sophisticated matrimonial and family law matters from intake through resolution
  • Advising clients on divorce, custody, support, equitable distribution, and complex financial issues
  • Continuing to grow and strengthen your existing client relationships and referral network
  • Working alongside firm leadership on the continued expansion of the practice and regional presence
  • Mentoring and collaborating with attorneys across the office as the group continues to grow
What the Firm Is Looking For
  • 7+ years of experience in matrimonial and family law
  • Portable book of business of approximately $500K+
  • Strong client service and relationship-building skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in growing a long-term practice
  • Active Connecticut bar admission preferred, or ability to become admitted quickly through reciprocity/waiver
  • Attorneys admitted in New York, New Jersey, or similar jurisdictions are encouraged to apply
