Job Description

Pay: From $75.00 per hour

Job description:

Schedule: Up to 40 hours per week

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Every other weekend required:
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Sunday: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Work Setting:
• Retail Clinic / Primary Care

Position Summary

Nurse Practitioners provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary and family care services in a collaborative retail clinic environment. The NP works alongside a dedicated clinical care team to improve patient outcomes through assessment, diagnosis, treatment, chronic disease management, preventive care, and patient education. This role reports directly to the Practice Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality primary and family care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and disposition planning
• Conduct routine physical exams, health screenings, and chronic condition management
• Counsel patients on preventive care and healthy lifestyle practices
• Perform clinic administrative tasks, including opening/closing procedures, inventory, and patient follow-up
• Verify insurance, collect payments, and ensure accurate documentation
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare providers
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and safety standards
• Promote patient engagement in preventive care, wellness, and disease management

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s Degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program
• Current National Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• Active and unrestricted NP license in the state of employment
• Minimum 1 year of recent primary care experience preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a clinical team
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR/EHR) systems
• Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required
• Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure if required
