LEAD ELECTRICIAN
Field Operations | Full-Time | Non-Exempt

We're looking for a Lead Electrician who's ready to do more than wire a panel — someone ready to lead a crew, own a jobsite, and build a career. This role is the bridge between the tools and the front office: hands-on when it counts, leading from the front always. If you're a licensed electrician with the instincts of a leader and the ambition to keep climbing, this is where that next chapter starts.

As the senior field leader on assigned projects, you'll provide hands-on technical direction, supervise electrical crews, and coordinate daily field operations so work gets done safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest standard of quality and code compliance. What You'll Do
● Lead, direct, and supervise electrical crews across commercial, industrial, and residential projects.
● Mentor Journeymen and Apprentices, turning hands-on demonstration into real career growth.
● Plan and sequence daily and weekly work to keep projects tracking to schedule.
● Own crew labor productivity and budget performance, catching variances before they become problems.
● Champion jobsite safety — daily toolbox talks, hazard walks, and zero-compromise enforcement.
● Serve as the technical and communication bridge between the crew and the Project Manager.
What You Bring
● Licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician, current and in good standing.
● 7+ years of electrical construction experience with a track record of increasing responsibility.
● Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience managing crews on commercial/industrial projects.
● Strong working knowledge of the NEC, blueprint reading, and field troubleshooting.
