Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analyze company reporting documents to develop pitchbooks, company profiles, information memorandums, sector reports,newsletters, competitive financial benchmarking, target/buyer screening,and trading and transaction comparables.
• Build robust financial models, including detailedthree-statement forecasting and multi-scenario analysis.
• Understanding of valuation methodologies such asdiscounted cash flow (DCF), trading comparables, and precedenttransactions.
• Proficient in reviewing and interpreting financialreports, IPO prospectuses, 10-Qs, 10-Ks, and other regulatory filings.
• Familiarity with financial databases such as CapitalIQ, PitchBook, and FactSet.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required Skill Set:

• 2-4/3-6 years of experience working with Investment Banks(IB) or Advisory firms.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and transaction supportcapabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslywhile meeting tight deadlines.
• Advanced degree or professional qualification such asMBA, Chartered Accountant (CA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or anequivalent credential.
