What we're looking for:
We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician 2 to join our team at the Austin Park Apartments, a 226-unit community located in Miamisburg, Ohio (near Dayton). As a Maintenance Technician 2 at Ackermann Group, you will deliver excellent customer service by performing unit make-readies and maintenance requirements including; assisting with snow removal, grounds upkeep, equipment upkeep and basic level service requests as needed.
