National Sales Executive
JOB TYPE: Full-time, Commission-based compensation structure, Hybrid work environment

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Identify and close new business opportunities through diverse prospecting methods such as cold-calling, networking, referrals, social media, and digital marketing
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, collaborating with team members to pitch projects and drive creative execution
- Cultivate and manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction, maintaining regular communication and promptly addressing any issues
- Create sales presentations, and negotiation strategies, and contribute to the development of marketing strategies for both company and clients/prospects
- Efficiently manage prospecting activities and client interactions, organizing schedules and tracking details in CRM software
- Assist in sales reporting, forecasting, and analysis of sales data, staying informed about company products, services, and industry trends to inform strategy
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Demonstrated success in contract sales, managing large national or regional accounts
- Knowledge of print, direct mail, and marketing services industries, preferred
- A supportive team player who anticipates problems and works collaboratively to solve them
- A natural focus on repeatable success through well-thought-out systems
- Familiarity with HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and PACE software, preferred
