Position Overview:
Impact Recruiting Solutions is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant bilingual in English/Russian to join a well-established clinic located in Brooklyn, NY. In this role, you will provide high-quality primary or specialty care to a diverse patient population, working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals in a dynamic clinical environment.

Qualifications:
Education: Master's degree or higher from an accredited Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant program.
Licensure: Active and unrestricted New York State NP/PA License.
Certification: Board-certified as a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in conducting physical exams, diagnosing and treating common acute and chronic conditions, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and prescribing medications. Experience with Allscripts/Veradigm systems is required.
Language: Must be bilingual in English/Russian.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient-centered approach. Strong clinical judgment and ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive patient care, including conducting health assessments, taking medical histories, and performing physical examinations.
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses, developing individualized treatment plans.
Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic studies such as laboratory tests and imaging.
Prescribe medications and other treatments within the scope of practice and state regulations.
Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and treatment adherence.
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and support staff to coordinate care and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation in the electronic medical record.
