Full-Time | Up to $75,000 | Monday–Friday | In-Person

What You’ll Love About This Role

Your Day-to-Day Will Include
● Coordinating with front desk staff to make sure schedules run efficiently
● Conducting evaluations and guiding treatment plans for pediatric clients
● Keeping documentation timely, thorough, and compliant with our standards
● Discharging patients when goals are met, and celebrating their progress
● Engaging families with warmth and professionalism both in sessions and through follow ups
● Pitching in with clinic organization and team projects when you’re not in session
● Representing DTA at outreach and marketing events as needed
We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:
● Licensed in North Carolina and NBCOT Board certified
● Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and follow- through
● A clear communicator who builds trust with parents, children, and coworkers
● Naturally warm, but grounded able to manage both relationships and responsibilities
● Creative in approach, while respecting structure and clinical standards
Bonus Points If You Have:
● Experience with pediatrics across school, daycare, or telehealth settings
● A desire to help shape internal systems and processes
