Job Description

1–3 Days per Week | Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:30pm | No Nights. No Weekends.

This role is designed for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who brings energy, curiosity, and a modern approach to medicine. We are not a traditional primary care office or hospital setting. Our clinicians practice at the top of their license, spend meaningful time with patients, and see real, measurable results from the care they provide.

You’ll work in a professional yet relaxed clinic environment with streamlined workflows, on-site labs, and a collaborative team that values accountability and growth. Appointments are efficient without feeling rushed, and patients come to us because they want change and are ready to take action.

Gameday operates Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm. There are no nights, no weekends, and no call. This is a flexible, part-time role with 1–3 days per week and strong long-term upside as we continue expanding across the Richmond area.

Responsibilities:

• As Clinician (in partnership with the Medical & Clinic Director), oversee all day to day aspects of patient care and medical practice
• Evaluate bloodwork, consult, and educate new patients on treatment options that align with their health goals
• Evaluate patients for low testosterone and, under the supervision of a physician, prescribing testosterone therapy to optimize hormone levels.
• Evaluate patients for erectile dysfunction and recommending treatment plans like Shockwave Therapy, P-Shot or prescribing medications like Trimix
• Evaluate the patient for HGH Peptides & Weight Loss Medications
• Administer intramuscular injections and PRP injections
• Oversee RNs, Medical Assistants and Receptionists
• Complying with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements
• Providing continuity of care by developing and implementing patient management plans

Qualifications:

• Two or more years of NP or PA experience
• Experience in a related field, such as urology, endocrinology is preferred but not required
• Proven accountability of patient care within a medical practice
• Experience in hormones, peptides and concierge medicine will get additional consideration
• Experience in cash pay medicine a plus
• Active state license in good standing, active DEA Certificate
