King is looking for an experienced pasta maker to join our team 
Our pasta is made by hand from scratch daily, we take pride on our Nonna approach to pasta making 
We are looking for an energetic pasta maker, who takes pride on their craft, you'll work closely with head chef and be involved on changing menu 
- Curiosity is key, we are always learning and perfecting 
- Speed and cleanliness are required, we take pride on working following DOH standards 
- you are a team player always seeking to bring the best 
- You have attention to detail and initiative to problem solve as needed 
- You are able to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods of time
- You are able to lift 50+ pounds 
- You are available on nights, weekends and holidays, as needed 
What you will learn 
- You will learn to make pasta the King way, Learn how to maintain a high quality of fresh pasta in a large volume; drive daily production pars, organize inventory, store and rotate fresh pasta and more. We want you to fall in love with all the little details of pasta making
- You will have access to work with the best seasonal produce and collaborate with other chefs and managers on ergonomics, prep, set-up/break-down, and inventory. We are always interested in learning from your experiences and teaching you our best practices. 
- You will be involved in daily conversations about the menu and develop in-depth knowledge of our menu and the culinary traditions that inspire us.
