Position Summary

The Pastry Chef de Partie is responsible for the execution and organization of a designated area within the pastry kitchen. This role supports daily service, production, and plating while upholding the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Execute all pastry production and service components with precision and consistency
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient workstation at all times
  • Assist in the preparation of plated desserts, mignardises, and bread or viennoiserie programs as needed
  • Follow recipes and techniques with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with the pastry and savory teams to ensure seamless service
  • Support ordering, inventory, and product rotation
  • Uphold all food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a fine dining or Michelin-level pastry kitchen preferred
  • Strong foundational pastry techniques and knife skills
  • High level of organization, cleanliness, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining composure
  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and grow
Compensation & Benefits
  • Hourly compensation: $21/hour + tips
  • Competitive total compensation (typically ranging from ~$75,000–$85,000 annually)
