We are currently looking for an PM Pastry Cook to join our team at the Mozzaplex!
Pizzeria & Osteria Mozza is owned by Chef, Author and James Beard Award Winners Nancy Silverton and Joe Bastianich.
PM Pastry Plater- afternoon into evenings, weekend availability is a must.
daily requirements include but are not limited to:
- plating desserts effectively and efficiently for 2 restaurants mon-thurs, and a focus on 1 restaurant fri-sun
- keeping station stocked and prepped prior to the start of service
- maintain inventory of said station, writing down prep needs for the AM crew
- leaving the kitchen clean for the next crew, deep clean tasks weekly
-light production tasks between fulfilling tickets
Ability to work well with a team, follow directions, has attention to detail, and an ownership of the station and kitchen.
