*Position Summary:* We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our critical care team for per diem night coverage. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care and be comfortable managing acutely ill patients in a fast-paced environment during overnight hours. *Responsibilities:* * Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients during night shifts * Perform patient assessments, develop and implement treatment plans * Manage ventilators, vasoactive medications, and other critical care interventions * Respond to emergencies, codes, and rapid clinical changes * Collaborate closely with attending physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams * Document patient care accurately and timely in the electronic medical record *Qualifications:* * Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant * Minimum of *1 year of critical care experience* (ICU required) * BLS and ACLS certification (required) * Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills * Ability to work independently during overnight shifts * Excellent communication and teamwork skills *Schedule & Coverage:* * Per diem / part-time * Night shifts only: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM * Flexible scheduling based on departmental needs Benefits: * Flexible schedule Work Location: In person by Jobble
