Job Description Job Description Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contract opportunity is available for a Physical Therapist to support students in an educational setting in Grayslake, IL. This role involves providing therapy services for the Early Childhood through 12th-grade population during the Extended School Year (ESY) period. Key Details: * Location: Grayslake, Illinois * Employment Type: Contract, ESY Only * Duration: June 15, 2026 July 26, 2026 * Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 8:15 AM 12:15 PM (with the first and last day ending at 3:15 PM) * Setting: In-person services at the school Qualifications/Experience Desired: * Valid Illinois Physical Therapist license (verification required) * Experience working with early childhood to high school students * Ability to deliver evidence-based physical therapy services in a school setting * Comfort collaborating with educational teams to support student goals Responsibilities: * Provide physical therapy evaluation, treatment, and documentation aligned with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) * Work closely with teachers, therapists, and other school personnel to create strategies enhancing student participation * Attend required meetings and complete timely documentation as per contract guidelines This position is pending PTA approval and multiple positions are available. Candidates must provide a screenshot of their valid Illinois Physical Therapist license for verification purposes.
