Hourly Pay Range:$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.Position Highlights:
Position: Registered Nurse - General Medical/Surgical Unit
Location: Elmhurst, IL
Full-Time: 36 hours per week
Hours: 7am - 7pm with every 3rd weekend and holiday track
What you will do:The Staff Nurse will deliver safe and compassionate nursing care for all patient populations by planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care. The Staff Nurse will collaborates with nurses, physicians, and other members of the clinical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.What you will need:Required Education, License and/or Certification, Skills and/or Experience:
Associate Degree or higher in Nursing
If Associate Degree in Nursing is the highest degree held, must graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing within five years of position start date (effective September 1, 2021)
Current incumbents with an RN Diploma are grandfathered OR
RN Diploma Nurse if position start date is prior to September 1, 2021
Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure
Current CPR Certification issued by either American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Preferred Education, Skills and/or Experience:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Nursing
1 year of inpatient nursing experience is highly preferred
