Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1+ years School Social Work experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time Social Worker position is available in Pontiac, Michigan, serving K-12 students with a focus on middle and high school levels. This role involves working directly onsite at a residential facility supporting male youth who are victims or offenders of sexual violence. The position requires a compassionate professional experienced in school social work and residential settings to provide essential support and intervention. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver social work services to K-12 students, primarily middle and high school-aged. * Address the unique needs of male youth involved in the residential facility. * Collaborate with educational and mental health teams to create and implement individualized support plans. * Maintain accurate records and documentation of services provided. * Participate in supervision and coordination with the school districts social work supervisors. * Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations related to social work practice.
