Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1+ years School Social Work experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This opportunity is for a Social Worker specializing in school-based services, located in Pontiac, MI. This full-time travel assignment focuses on serving K-12 students, primarily in middle and high school settings within a residential facility. The facility supports male youth who are victims or offenders of sexual violence, requiring a compassionate and experienced professional to provide onsite support and counseling. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver social work services tailored to the needs of male students in a residential facility environment. * Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to support behavioral and emotional challenges related to trauma. * Collaborate with educators, administrators, and external agencies to develop and implement effective intervention plans. * Monitor student progress and adjust strategies as necessary to promote positive outcomes. * Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all services provided, complying with legal and ethical standards. * Participate in team meetings and training sessions relevant to the caseload.
