Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1+ years School Social Work experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time Social Worker position is available in Clinton Township, MI, focused on supporting K-12 students, primarily middle and high school, within a residential facility setting. This role is dedicated to working with male youth who are victims or offenders of sexual violence, requiring a compassionate and experienced professional to provide critical social support onsite. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver individual and group counseling to male youth in a residential facility * Assess and address social, emotional, and behavioral needs of students * Collaborate with educators, administrators, and external agencies to develop and implement care plans * Maintain accurate documentation of interventions and progress * Ensure compliance with all applicable policies and confidentiality regulations * Provide crisis intervention and support as needed, onsite only Qualifications and Experience: * Valid Michigan Social Worker license (screen shot required) * Experience working with at-risk youth within school or residential settings * Familiarity with trauma-informed care, particularly in cases involving sexual violence * Ability to work full-time, 35 hours per week onsite * Preferred candidates are male or female with similar experience Location: * Clinton Township, Michigan Benefits and Support: * Contract position with consistent hours * Supervision provided by the district * Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on vulnerable youth in a specialized residential environment This role demands commitment to onsite presence and a genuine dedication to supporting youth facing complex challenges.
