The Role

Working closely with the General Manager and Front of House leadership team, the Server Assistant supports the dining room by maintaining table readiness, assisting with service execution, and ensuring a clean and organized environment. This role is essential in supporting the flow of service and enhancing the overall guest experience.


What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and maintain service stations to support smooth and efficient service
  • Stock service stations with all necessary supplies and non-alcoholic beverages according to established pars
  • Assist with food and beverage service in accordance with restaurant standards
  • Follow established steps of service to support a high-quality guest experience
  • Clear, reset, and maintain tables to ensure readiness for incoming guests
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room and service areas
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency in table maintenance to support service flow
  • Maintain basic menu knowledge to assist guests when needed
  • Communicate professionally and courteously with guests and team members
  • Uphold all food safety and sanitation standards
  • Complete opening, mid-shift, and closing duties thoroughly and efficiently
