Boia De, the one Michelin-starred restaurant in Little Haiti, Miami led by Executive Chefs Luciana Giangrandi and Alex Meyer, is seeking a Server to join our front-of-house team.

We strongly emphasize education. Servers are expected to maintain a working knowledge of the food, beverage, and wine program and will be given the tools and support to do so. Our beverage program is deeply integrated into service, and every member of the team plays a role in guiding guests through the experience.
ResponsibilitiesProvide attentive service throughout all stages of the guest experience
Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of the menu, wine list, and daily changes
Guide guests through food and beverage selections with confidence and authenticity
Maintain awareness of pacing, table maintenance, and overall dining room flow
Communicate clearly and consistently
Assist teammates proactively
Participate in daily pre-service meetings, education, and tastings
Uphold standards of cleanliness, organization, and professionalism
QualificationsPrior hospitality experience required
Strong interest in food, wine, and guest experience
Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
Positive, team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills
Curiosity, humility, and willingness to learn
