We are seeking an enthusiastic service manager to help us lead, support and inspire our front of house team.
A Michelin starred restaurant, Mister Jiu's located historic San Francisco Chinatown is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Server to join our team.
At Mister Jiu’s, we celebrate the legacy of traditional Chinese recipes while embracing the California heritage of local and sustainable produce and pantry. This exciting, high intensity restaurant in the heart of San Francisco's Chinatown is aiming to create delicious food with a high level of precision, served in a relaxed, upscale atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years experience working in hospitality focused, chef-driven restaurants.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent people skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to provide warm, professional & knowledgeable service in a high intensity work environment.
- Commitment to delivering a unique and memorable guest experience.
- A good understanding of Northern Californian produce.
- A deep understanding of wine, beers and spirits.
Duties Include:
- Day to day oversight of restaurant service
- Support our front of house team and provide them with the tools and support they need to succeed
- Creating a fantastic dining experience for our guests
- Assist with ongoing staff education and development
- Maintenance and overall upkeep of the restaurant facilities
- Administrative responsibilities
