The Opportunity

We’ve just opened our doors, and the sizzle is already real. (Insert Steakhouse Name) is looking for a Service Manager who understands that a world-class steakhouse experience isn't just about the perfect medium-rare—it’s about the choreography of the room.

We aren't just looking for a "floor monitor." We are looking for a champion of people—someone who can lead a team with poise, mentor with passion, and ensure that every guest’s journey from the front door to the final bite is flawless.

The Role

As our Service Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the dining room. Your mission is threefold: Elevate the Service, Empower the Staff, and Execute the Events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead & Champion: You are the primary advocate for our service team. You will recruit, train, and inspire a staff that delivers white-glove service without the stuffiness.
• The First Impression: You will directly oversee our Welcome Team (Hosts), ensuring the "Art of the Greeting" is mastered and that the books are balanced for optimal flow.
• Event Oversight: From private corporate dinners to celebratory banquets, you will monitor and manage events to ensure our high standards translate to every special occasion.
• Fine Dining Stewardship: You will maintain a rigorous floor presence, identifying guest needs before they even realize them and handling high-pressure situations with grace.
• Operational Excellence: Assist in managing labor costs, maintaining health and safety standards, and ensuring the "front of house" reflects the quality of the "back of house."

The Requirements

• Fine Dining Pedigree: A minimum of (X) years in a leadership role within a high-volume, fine-dining environment (Steakhouse experience is a major plus).
• Leadership Soul: You don’t just manage tasks; you lead people. You have a proven track record of developing talent and building a "team-first" culture.
• Expert Host Management: You understand the complexities of OpenTable/Resy and how to manage a door during a Friday night rush without breaking a sweat.
• Detail Obsession: You notice the tilted candle, the slightly delayed drink order, and the guest who needs a celebratory toast before they even ask.
• Flexibility: As a new opening, you thrive in an evolving environment and are ready to put in the hours to build a legacy.
