SMT Operators - Temp to hireWe are currently seeking an SMT Operator for a contract position in Norcross, GA. This company is known for its commitment to innovation in the electronics manufacturing industry, providing cutting-edge solutions to its clients.
Need to have SMT operating machine experience.
Shift of the SMT Operator: 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM2nd Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM 
Pay Rate/Salary of the SMT Operator:$20-24/hr Depending on experience 
Responsibilities of the SMT Operator:

  • Operate and maintain Surface Mount Technology advanced placement machines.
  • Identify and troubleshoot electronic components and manufacturing issues.
  • Perform daily maintenance on SMT equipment and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with engineering on new product introductions and process improvements.
  • Inspect circuit boards for defects and record production information accurately.
Qualifications of the SMT Operator:
  • Minimum of one year experience in a PCB assembly environment.
  • Associates Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to read, write, and understand work instructions in English.
