We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef in leading daily kitchen operations while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, organization, professionalism, and team performance. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with fine dining experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.

Our culinary program is rooted in precision, consistency, and thoughtful execution, delivering a Michelin-caliber standard of service with a strong focus on guest experience and team culture.
Essential Functions:
  • Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations and service execution
  • Lead, train, and support culinary team members while maintaining a professional and collaborative work environment
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented according to established recipes and standards
  • Maintain consistency, quality, and timing throughout service
  • Manage station readiness, mise en place, product rotation, and kitchen organization
  • Assist with inventory management, ordering, and cost control
  • Maintain and enforce sanitation, cleanliness, and food safety standards
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house leadership to ensure smooth operations
  • Support menu development and implementation as directed by the Executive Chef
  • Comply with nutrition and allergy regulations and standards

Must pass/take a Food Handlers Certificate within two weeks of hire date
Other Functions:
  • Assist with additional operational needs to support efficient restaurant operations as directed by leadership
  • Maintain a positive and professional presence while upholding company standards and culture

Physical Functions:
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
  • Will frequently reach, bend, stoop, carry, climb stairs, and perform repetitive movements
  • Ability to work in both warm and cool environments
  • Must be able to tolerate potential allergens including peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood, and shellfish
    Compensation:
    $60,000–$75,000 annually, based on experience.
