The Schedule:

This is a core part of our weekly rhythm. Consistency is non-negotiable.

• Mandatory Days: Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
• Hours: Early mornings (think sunrise!) through mid-afternoon.
• Commitment: Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the Setup: Transport equipment and product to market sites. Set up tents, tables, and displays to ensure our brand looks its best.
• Front-of-House Excellence: Provide top-tier customer service. You’ll be the face of the business, handling high-volume sales with a smile.
• Independent Problem Solving: From navigating a broken tent pole to managing inventory counts on the fly, you are the "boots on the ground" decision-maker.
• Weather Warrior: We operate in Rain, Snow, or Sunshine. You must be comfortable working outdoors in all seasonal conditions.

Requirements

• FOH Experience: Proven experience in Front-of-House roles.
• Bakery/Barista Background: Familiarity with fast-paced food service or specialty coffee environments is a must. You should understand food safety and high-speed multitasking.
• Reliable Transportation: You must have a reliable vehicle capable of getting you to various market locations on time.
• Self-Starter Mentality: You don't wait for a list of instructions; you see what needs to be done and you do it.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver market equipment (tents, crates, etc.) and stand for long periods.

Bonus Points For:

• Previous experience working at farmer’s markets or outdoor festivals.
• Experience with professional pop-up tents and outdoor event logistics.
• A passion for local food and community building.
