We are looking for a Sterilization Technician to join our team!

As a Sterilization Assistant, you are the vital "behind-the-scenes" engine driving our success and the true backbone of our office. Supporting 7 providers daily, you will be responsible for the end-to-end sterilization lifecycle-from the expert decontamination and processing of instruments to the precise assembly of procedure trays and set-ups.

You will act as a key partner to our clinical team, ensuring seamless room turnovers for our hygienists and maintaining all equipment to the highest standards. This role requires full competency in infection control and a meticulous approach to ensuring our busy office remains safe, sterilized, and ready for every patient.

Schedule: Tuesday-Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday-Saturday 8am-2pm

Compensation: $19.50 - $21.00/hour

Job responsibilities/duties: 

  • Preparing operatories for treatment
  • Processing instruments for sterilization
  • Take x-rays and intraoral photos when needed
  • Keep sterilization organized and clean
  • Ensure compliance with infection control protocols
  • Perform lab duties such as pouring models
  • Stock supplies and maintain equipment

Qualifications:

  • Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) Certification
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Attention to detail
  • Adaptability
