Tully Rinckey PLLC, a successful full-service law firm with offices throughout the country, is seeking Partner and Senior Associate Level Trust and Estate attorneys to join our Syracuse, New York team. About the Role Tully Rinckey PLLC, a nationally recognized full-service law firm, is seeking an accomplished Trusts & Estates Partner to join our Syracuse, NY office. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced attorney with an established practice to expand their reach within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary firm consistently recognized by Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing Trusts & Estates law. Existing book of business required. Demonstrated success advising clients on estate and probate matters, drafting wills and trusts, and handling surrogates court proceedings. Medicaid planning experience strongly preferred. Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school. Admission to practice law in New York State, in good standing. Strong drafting, litigation, negotiation, and client communication skills. Proven ability to grow and manage a practice while working collaboratively with peers across practice areas. Commitment to the highest standards of professionalism and ethics. Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $140,000 $175,000 (commensurate with experience). Origination credit for portable business.
