Seeking an Anesthesiologist to start as soon as credentialed for a full-time hospital-based assignment . Coverage Details * Start: ASAP upon credentialing * Reason for coverage: Open position * Schedule: Full-time preferred; minimum availability of two weeks per month required Practice Setting & Scope * Hospital-based anesthesia services * 10 operating rooms * Mix of personally performed cases and CRNA supervision on a daily basis * MD-to-CRNA ratio: approximately 1:3 4 * Supervision of CRNAs required at times Case Mix * Orthopedics * Urology * Ophthalmology * Endoscopy * Limited pediatric cases (dental and eye only); otherwise primarily adult and geriatric population Procedures Required * Spinal anesthesia * Epidural anesthesia * Regional anesthesia Technology * EMR: Epic Patient Population * Primarily geriatric and adult patients * Limited pediatric cases as noted above Expenses Covered * Flight * Hotel * Rental car * (Credentialing and application fees are not reimbursed) Submission & Credentialing Requirements * Board Certified Anesthesiologist (required) * Active New York State medical license at time of submission (required) * Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (required) * NPDB self-query report pulled within the same month as submission (required) * Must reside outside a 60-mile radius of the facility (required) * Willingness to meet conversion fee requirement * Full-time availability preferred by Jobble
