Job Description
The Law and Motion Attorney will prepare persuasive, high quality legal briefs to support the clients’ position in personal injury matters. This includes motions for summary judgment, motions to strike, demurrers, motions in limine, discovery motions, meet and confer letters, IDC statements, and other related papers.
The individual will also compile relevant facts and information from clients, comprehend the legal requirements for the associated project, analyze the facts/information provided, and report to supervising attorney for legal strategy.
The individual will also, draft original briefs that concisely relay the relevant facts of a case to the applicable legal criteria
The individual will also collaborate with multiple attorneys and paralegals to provide support with various original writing projects
The individual will also create organizational charts, graphs, and other collateral materials to support letters/briefs
Finally, the individual will prioritize multiple concurrent projects to meet rolling deadlines.
Desired Skills & Experience
Minimum 3-5 years experience preferred.
