Job Description

We are seeking a talented and analytical Data Scientist with 3–5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with data, building models, and generating insights to support business decision-making across domains such as Retail, Banking, Financial Services, Healthcare, or Insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
  • Build and deploy machine learning models for prediction and classification tasks
  • Work with structured and unstructured data from multiple sources
  • Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into data solutions
  • Develop dashboards and reports to communicate insights
  • Validate and monitor model performance and improve accuracy over time
  • Work closely with engineering teams to deploy models into production

Required Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst
  • Strong programming skills in Python or R
  • Experience with machine learning libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
  • Strong knowledge of statistics, probability, and data modeling
  • Experience with SQL and working with large datasets
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
