Job Description

RE/MAX Preferred in Cherry Hill is looking for a creative, tech-savvy Marketing & Social Media Assistant to support our agents, office events, and brand presence across South Jersey.

This is an in-office role where you’ll help onboard agents, create social media content, film short videos, design flyers, and assist with daily marketing tasks. If you enjoy video editing, social media, Canva, and working in a friendly real estate office, we’d love to meet you.

⭐ What You’ll Do

• Create social media content, Reels, TikToks, and short-form video clips
• Edit videos and graphics using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar tools
• Help onboard new agents (profiles, website setup, bios, branding)
• Design flyers, event promotions, brochures, and marketing materials
• Assist with office events, trainings, photos, behind-the-scenes content
• Post and schedule content across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok
• Support targeted social media advertising and recruiting campaigns
• Bring fresh marketing ideas and help grow the brand

⭐ What We’re Looking For

• Experience creating social media content (Reels/TikToks/Shorts)
• Knowledge of Canva or other design tools
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Express, etc.)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A friendly, creative self-starter who enjoys working with people
• Comfortable working in our Cherry Hill office Monday–Friday

Real estate experience is a plus, but not required.

Stronger candidate (3-5 years, strong portfolio in video/social, maybe some real-estate marketing): ~ $52,000 to $58,000/year
