Role Overview
As a Remote Customer Service Coordinator, you'll assist clients as they plan vacations, cruises, and special trips. You'll walk travelers through their options, answer questions, and offer supportive guidance from their first inquiry all the way to confirming their booking. Your confidence will build naturally as you gain hands on experience.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver warm, friendly customer support through phone, email, and messaging
Help clients select and reserve travel options including cruises, resorts, flights, and vacation packages
Review itineraries, payment timelines, and travel documents with customers
Research destinations, deals, and travel choices that fit client preferences
Resolve simple booking or account concerns
Keep communication clear and consistent throughout the planning process
Use travel platforms, booking tools, and customer service best practices
