Family Medicine Physician
to join a stable, collaborative outpatient practice with strong infrastructure, an established patient panel, and exceptional work-life balance. This opportunity replaces a departing provider and offers immediate patient volume, long-term stability, and competitive compensation support.

Practice Highlights:
Stable practice experiencing continued growth
Collaborative physician environment with experienced providers
Two exam rooms per provider
Onsite equipment, including
diabetic eye exams, vBHI, imaging, lab services, and point-of-care testing
Schedule & Call:
Flexible clinic scheduling models ( 20/40 or 15/30 )
Weekday call only;
weekend call rotation 1:8
After-hours triage handles most calls
Zero hours in the hospital while on weekend call
Candidate Qualifications:
