Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable processes and verify invoices.
• Maintain vendor and banking relationships to ensure smooth financial workflows.
• Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee compensation statements.
• Oversee wire and ACH payments with precision.
• Maintain financial records, support tax filings, and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Contribute to process improvements, including payroll transitions and system upgrades.

• 4+ years of experience in financial services with financial operations, accounts payable, payroll, or a related role.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with experience in financial tools like Bill.com or Paychex being a plus.
• A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting is preferred.
