In this vital leadership role, you’ll bring joy to our residents and team members by overseeing a dining experience that feels like home. From scratch-made meals to meaningful team mentorship, your impact will be felt every day.

Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant kitchen environment, ensuring all health standards and regulations are met

Prepare fresh, scratch-made meals 2–3 times per week, supporting menu quality and dietary needs

Oversee food service team members—hiring, training, mentoring, and supporting their growth

Manage food inventory, ordering, and budgeting through effective cost control practices

Collaborate with residents to gather feedback on meal quality and satisfaction

Create and manage team schedules, and step in when needed to support operations

A hands-on, people-first leader with a strong culinary background, a passion for hospitality, and a heart for serving others. You care about the details—presentation, flavor, nutrition—and you know how to inspire a team to do their best work.

3–5 years of experience cooking and managing food service, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality

High School diploma or equivalent required; Culinary Arts degree preferred

ServSafe certification (required); CPR and First Aid (or willingness to obtain)

Strong communication skills with the ability to lead with clarity, positivity, and accountability

Detail-oriented and highly organized with excellent time-management and scheduling skills

A team mindset with the flexibility to step in and support wherever needed
