Ok so let's get right to it: what's the job? Line cook in a customer-facing open kitchen. A simple menu, mostly cold, using the best organic, seasonal ingredients. AM and PM shifts available. No fryers grills, no heavy clean up. And no late nights.
What's in it for you? High base pay AND since your on the floor, full participation in the Front of House - shared - tip pool. This means your average hourly take home (base + tips) will usually be $20.00-24.00 an hour total.

Cocinero de preparación en un café movido en el Grove. Nada complicado ni elegante, solo compromiso con usar los mejores ingredientes y presentarlos bien. Es un menú sencillo, mayormente frío, con ingredientes orgánicos y de temporada. Hay turnos de mañana y de tarde. No hay freidoras ni parrillas, tampoco limpieza pesada. Y nada de trabajar hasta tarde.
¿Y qué ganas tú?
Buen sueldo base más participación en un fondo de propinas compartido. Esto significa que, en promedio, vas a llevarte entre $19 y $24 por hora en total (sueldo base + propinas).
