Location: Hybrid (with a minimum of one day per week in the London office)*
Hours: 35 per week, Monday to Friday
Contract type: 12-Month - Fixed Term
Contract Salary: £32,000 per annum
*Candidates should ideally reside in the Greater London area as there is a requirement to be able to travel across the area to attend meetings and events.
This role plays a key part in managing and expanding our Music Merchandise program through the day-to-day management of our e-commerce store, with a focus on developing commercial merchandise as a significant growth area for the charity.
Working alongside the Music and Merchandise Manager and Senior Music and Merchandise Manager, the role oversees a dynamic portfolio of high-quality, limited-edition merchandise projects, coordinates product launches on the webstore, and manages merchandise operations across the live event series at the Royal Albert Hall.
Working closely with artists, production teams, and external partners, the successful candidate will bring bold ideas to life-ensuring each launch captures the brand's creative edge and cultural relevance. From pre-order campaigns to onsite event sales, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless e-commerce and merchandise experience that engages fans and drives revenue.
This position is ideal for a creatively driven individual with a deep passion for music and merchandise, and a strong understanding of fan culture-particularly within a fundraising context in the music and entertainment industry.
