Responsibilities
  • Define and lead the product vision and strategy for Adobe's award‑winning Pro Design products, including Illustrator and InDesign.
  • Define and drive objectives and key results for transformational initiatives partnering with cross‑functional category leadership, including design, product marketing, and engineering.
  • Articulate the vision in a way that resonates with diverse audiences, fostering a shared sense of purpose and direction.
  • Understand our customers, the competitive landscape, and technical advancements deeply; apply that understanding to identify risks and opportunities—breaking insights down into pragmatic actions.
  • Lead and build a team of high‑impact product managers to bring the vision, roadmap, and execution to fruition in long‑lasting ways that reflect a deep sensitivity to customer needs.
  • Drive excellence in experience and execution—continually improving how we work and what we deliver.
  • Drive a robust software development process that is agile, predictable, and results‑oriented, combining critical thinking and pragmatic delivery to achieve short‑term and long‑term results.
  • Drive visibility, alignment, and communication with customers, partners, and executive stakeholders. Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring a workplace that celebrates and respects differences.
What You'll Need To Succeed
  • Proven product management leadership experience of 10+ years, including leading highly versatile, agile, high‑performing teams of product managers.
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer insight, critical thinking, and product innovation.
  • Track record of product roadmap definition and execution.
  • Inherently collaborative and leadership personality that enables you to win the hearts and minds of peers to implement a complex product roadmap.
  • Proven track record of deep partnership with engineering, product marketing, and design counterparts and working in a matrixed environment at scale, partnering across functions, business units, and geographies.
  • A sense of urgency and ability to act quickly and decisively, possessing self‑confidence to be assertive when taking a position, and not afraid to make decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated success in driving positive cultural change.
  • Demonstrated success in fostering an environment where employees feel connected and motivated to collaborate.
Compensation

U.S. pay range: $190,400 – $397,250 annually. In California, the pay range is $255,500 – $397,250. Pay varies by location and may depend on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for long‑term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.

State‑Specific Notices
