This is a Full-time in-office position based in New York City, NY. You’ll:

• Dispatch HVAC Service Technicians efficiently across the city
• Provide essential administrative support to the Service Department
• Process follow-up proposals from technician service reports
• Generate weekly hourly reports to support payroll accuracy
• Track and renew project documentation for compliance
• Order and manage inventory of tools, equipment, and materials

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an HVAC dispatcher or service coordinator
• Strong multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced service environment

• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus
• Team-oriented with a proactive, get-it-done attitude
• Full-time in-office availability required
