• BS Degree in applicable field
• 2+ years of experience in measurement sciences & test method development
• Lab experience and measurement science expertise are essential
• Experience in Analytical AOX assays is preferred

• Execute analytical and AOX assays and experiments
• Model solution/formulation tests to screen new technologies
• Analyze data and support accurate record keeping
• Analyze test results against specifications and benchmarks
• Create or revise product specifications
• Order and organize raw materials and manage laboratory samples
• Perform physical testing and competitive analysis of samples
• Handle multiple tasks and adhere to safety procedures
• Maintain standard instrumentation knowledge (pH meter, viscometer, microscope, etc.)
• Apply knowledge across disciplines like emulsions, gels, dispersions, and skin biology
• Communicate effectively in written and verbal formats

The Scientist will support laboratory activities related to sun care consumer products, working under mentorship to perform product development and testing activities, maintaining knowledge and adhering to procedures.
